Interesting interview style by Josh, who listens well but is still conversational. Some very interesting guests. However, be careful who is considered “expert”, as in the last episode a guy called Lucas Aoun was speaking about longevity - and his statements were either common knowledge or highly questionable. I absolutely love the podcast. It addresses many personal situations that people often keep to themselves, shedding light on areas that are often accompanied by shame. Josh, the host, is incredibly emotionally intelligent and I appreciate how he also reveals his vulnerable side—a refreshing contrast to what is typically expected of men in today's generation.
You never really know what is going on in someone’s life because we all wear a mask of sorts. What makes this podcast is so interesting because Josh chats to people from varying backgrounds about what goes on under their masks, the joys, the sorrows and how the choose to present themselves in everyday life. It’s one of the greatest collection motivational chats I’ve had the pleasure of listening to in a long time. Josh’s natural curiosity draws out some raw, honest responses of varying emotions.... more
