This podcast is helpful on theory behind behaviour. The mantra ‘it’s all about connection’ is so true in the classroom. However, the episode on big behaviour was scant on practical ideas to tackle repeated incidents of big behaviour. Especially when access to specialists and support is dwindling and often it’s one teacher and 30
children in the classroom.
I’ve just started my PGCE - I wish there was a podcast like this for PGCE support! But I am getting so much helpful support x
TGMC is something that is now an integral part of my classroom. The podcast is a step further where I can listen to deeper conversations about hot topics and sometimes controversial opinions that break the mould of what classrooms should be.
So many different parts of behaviour is picked up on by Jen, Soph, Tan and Evie discuss key points about how to make things better in the class. If you haven’t heard the podcast yet and you are a teacher, get involved!😃
I absolutely love TGMC. The podcasts are the best CPD I have had for a vey long time. Practical, refreshing ideas to support positive behaviour management, which is all backed up by evidence! Highly recommend!
I love everything that TGMC stands for and was so excited when this podcast launched as I can now get my fix in the car too! It is a must listen for all teachers and has really changed my perspective on how to manage behaviour in the classroom. It is fun, informative and every week there are practical takeaways to get going with instantly. Thank you Jen and team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
