  • Made me a believer

    As someone who, hate to admit it, is full of machismo, and LOVES Jiu-Jitsu, I am quick to dismiss what I consider “the female version” of stuff. Case in point, these last couple years I’ve consistently been listening to bjj podcast mainly hosted by dudes. Well I saw the name of this one and thought it was unique but wasn’t expecting to immediately fall in love with this podcast.     Grateful for the topics they approach and grateful for the female perspective. If the only thing I walk away with is “perfect jiujitsu hair” then it was still totally worth listening to.
