I don’t do BJJ however there’s Jen and AJ talk about many relatable concepts both on and off the matt. Keep going ladies!
Goddamn this I must listen everyday for me love the Sunday self care and the amazing women they have on as guests aswell as the two SPECTACULAR hosts AJ and Jen are so insightful it hurts 😂

Grateful for the topics they approach and grateful for the female perspective. If the only thing I walk away with is “perfect jiujitsu hair” then it was still totally worth listening to.
Love this podcast! Jen and AJ are entertaining, informative, and bring interesting insight about training. This podcast is both for someone who is seasoned in BJJ or brand new. It’s even entertaining for someone who’s not even training! Give it a listen! You won’t regret it!
