One of the best true crime podcasts that I have listened too. It is a fascinating story that not only delves into the complexities and unknowns of a murder case, but also dives into the techniques used to apprehend former / future criminals. Since this podcast is concrete in what happens as well, it does not fall into some of the problematic true crime aspects that other pods like Serial do. I believe this is a fantastic pod that any podcaster (true crime enthusiast or not) should listen to.
Best podcast since Serial and Cold. Extremely well done and researched. Everything flows perfectly. My jaw dropped at the end of Ep 1 season 2. I don’t understand how a mother could do this to her son, isn’t interrogating immediate family a conflict of interest?! Incomprehensible and disgusting she would do that to her own child. Season 1 is also amazing. Bingeworthy podcast!
The first season was very compelling and well researched. Definitely one of the best true crime podcasts. If you like “your own backyard” you’ll like this one.
Season 1 was probably the best show I’ve heard so far and trust me I listen to alooot more
