No reading today. The Examen is a practice of prayerful review — looking back with God over what has been, noticing where you were drawn toward life and where you were drawn away from it.
Give it the quiet it asks for.

We will re-listen to all the previous episodes & continue to be blessed by the devotional thoughts and prayers and music which always so amazingly compliment the morning’s meditation.
I’m in tears. I just found out they’re concluding the devotional. It has been such a quieting peaceful part of my day. I’m truly shocked and sad to find out there will be no more. 💔
Your devotions always quiet my mind instilling love for God and neighbor. I shed a tear as this devotion reaches its final day.
This podcast has been a blessing. It teaches me, helps me think, and move differently.
Thank you for this ministry. I came back to faith not long before you started this devotional. It has been a balm for my soul as I drive to work each day. Best wishes to you all!

A daily scripture-driven devotional program offering short, meditative readings followed by prayers and reflections, Monday through Friday, with a weekly Examen on Saturdays. Episodes center on biblical passages, personal contemplation, and guided prayers, often blending scripture with calming music and a slower, prayerful pacing. Notable throughlines include themes of trust, repentance, leadership in faith communities, generosity, and seeking God's presence in everyday life. A distinctive aspect is the consistent structure that cycles through a short reading, meditation, and a closing prayer or reflection, making it approachable for busy listeners and suitable for sponsorships that align with faith-based wellness and spiritual growth.
