Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Jon Fogel is Teaching Parents Punishment Free Parenting
Q: What has stood out most in your journey from social media to authoring books and courses about parenting?
What stands out is the shift from first sharing research-informed ideas to building trust with an audience by showing practical results. People often need to see that the approach works before they care how it works, and that reality drives adoption—especially for men who may be skeptical. This has shaped how I present information: concise, actionable, and clearly connected to real-life outcomes.
Jon Fogel is Teaching Parents Punishment Free Parenting
Q: Can you walk me through that punishment-free framework and how it differs from what people commonly call gentle parenting?
The framework centers on removing punishment as the default tool, using WRAP (Warranted, Regulated, Associated, Proportional) to structure consequences, and prioritizing connection and repair. Punishment is avoided because it disengages the brain's learning systems; instead, consequences teach natural outcomes, are tied to the specific behavior, and are proportional and calm, with a strong emphasis on repairing the relationship.

Q: Can you describe how you balance work and your private life while building a new product brand?
We set strict work hours, maintain boundaries, and ensure downtime to nurture our relationship and family, while still pushing the bar project forward with careful pace.
Kay & Tay Dudley are Creating a Positive Space Online
Q: How has sharing Kay's health journey impacted others who follow you?
It has provided validation and support to people dealing with similar autoimmune challenges, making them feel less alone and inspired to seek care.

Q: What do you think contributed to your ability to connect with so many followers without relying on flashy stunts or trends?
We focus on authentic, everyday moments and maintain a no-pressure approach to posting, which makes our life feel relatable and sustainable for viewers.
