Admittedly, the show had it's flaws, but it also had charm and reflected a simpler time. This podcast mostly chooses to focus on the negative. Add to that poor audio and an annoying female host and you've got a podcast that isn't worth the time. Check out To the Batpoles or The Batcave Podcast instead.

As a self-proclaimed Batman enthusiast, I can't help but hold a special place in my heart for Batman '66. That said, it was pure camp. It was for kids, as there weren't too many adults indulging in comics at that time, and the production value wasn't necessarily at the forefront of the producer's minds. Full Disclosure - I am Ben's brother. However, he'd be the first to agree that if I thought the podcast was bad, I'd tell him so, and I wouldn't be writing this review.
Ben and Holly (and guests!) are clearly having a great time with each other, as they mercilessly tear into the (admittedly easy) targets the show sets in front of them. I came across your podcast and I downloaded all the episodes. I was looking forward to watching my newly purchased blu ray series and listening to your review of each episode, but I have gotten really sick of hearing the sighs of how stupid the premise of the show is. Hearing the never ending gay insinuations between Batman and Robin are so tiresome. Why are you doing this podcast if the series is so stupid to you?
