I like this chill podcast. I hope more episodes come. She is very smart and self aware of mental health. I also liked learning about her interests.
I just discovered an incredible podcast hosted by a 16-year-old who bravely dives into the realities of teen mental health and the struggles many young people face today. It's rare to find such an authentic, unfiltered voice from someone so young. I can't recommend this podcast enough. It's refreshing, it's real, and it's exactly what we need in a world where teen mental health is often overlooked
This podcast series is amazing for parents as well as their teens! Full of great insights, perspectives, and resources for us all to manage through life’s challenges. Thanks to Moorea for bravely tackling these issues that many of us are too afraid to discuss. These are the open and authentic conversations we need to have about real challenges faced and how to tackle them together- not alone and in silence!
