I have been listening to Rina for about 4 months now and I love her advice! It’s all based on her research and experiences as a working mom. The most common theme in her podcast is self care, listening to your own needs/instincts, and of course she provides many tricks and insights into how to make incremental changes that add up over time so you can find more balance. While some advice is not for me, I am able to get something positive out of each and every podcast! Thanks Rina :)
I discovered this AMAZING podcast about two years ago when I was searching for a podcast about how to achieve the ever-elusive work-life balance – as much as humanly possible anyway. Juggling work, kids activities, and volunteer commitments was overwhelming more often than not.
This podcast has turned out to be an absolute gold mine of advice for gaining more balance, ensuring time is made for self-care, being more organized, stopping the pursuit of perfection, etc. While it’s called Balanced ... more
This podcast is full of inspiring and actionable tips that are realistic! Very encouraging and uplifting!!
I love Rina’s positivity and all her great tips! My favourite episode so far is on raising good adults! She’s not afraid to touch on controversial subjects in a positive and professional manor, I love it!
I’ve been a listener for a few months and love this content! Rina is down to earth and gives really good suggestions and information. Some of my favorites are how her husband lights a candle and listens to music while cleaning the kitchen to make it less unpleasant, how to get things taken care of by others without being confrontational (works awesome with my husband!) and how memes can be funny but maybe we should encourage and build each other up; then we can laugh together! Keep it coming!
