I found this podcast through the Andrew Weil Fellowship alumni website. I was curious about it because of the award mentioned on the website and was drawn to listen because of an acute back pain episode I had recently experienced. It is not easy to find hope for the tool chest, but it did give me hope- an essential tool to reclaim some sense of possibility. I was told I needed to have several vertebrae fused following laminectomy by two surgeons at excellent academic centers in Michigan.
