I LOVE this podcast! I used it as my main resource for feeding my 2020 baby and plan to do the same for my newest addition. Katie is very knowledgeable and has a great variety in her guest speakers. You will truly feel confident in feeding! I’d love to hear an episode with an OT guest, as I am an SLP who works with preschoolers, and I see a definite fine motor benefit to BLW! @h.a.rockafellow

I am a ftm with an almost 6 month old and Katie has given me all of the information I need to help my baby learn how to eat. Since listening, I have changed the train of thought from spoon feeding to baby led weaning, bought a baby safe high chair, and the necessary utensils to help my baby. I feel so much more at ease knowing I am raising an independent baby and doing it SAFELY. Thanks Katie😊
I have recently found Kates podcast series and I am SO glad i did! more
