I have learned so much from Katie and the doctors and researchers she interviews. I am so grateful for this free resource to help give me peace of mind and empower me to safely and confidently feed my baby.
Great content and I’ve learned a lot from this podcast. Unfortunately, the content is only about 25% of the play time. The other 75% is ads. I respect that this is a free podcast and her work has value, but it really affects the listener experience. I’ve mostly stopped listening because of it.
I love the insight and tips provided by Katie! She’s so smart and gives info that is easy to understand and pass along! Love the podcast, newsletter, webinars…all of it! Thanks for all you do!

I love this podcast so much! Katie is so helpful in the overwhelming world of feeding your baby. The show focuses on practical strategies for introducing solids through baby-led weaning, balancing safety, nutrition, and developmental milestones. Episodes often feature clinicians, researchers, and parenting experts who discuss feeding textures, allergen exposure, sleep alongside eating, and hands-on tips for planning meals and meals gear. A notable strength is blending medical insight with real-world, family-tested tips, plus occasional product/design perspectives that bridge therapy and parenting. It's especially valuable for parents seeking evidence-informed, approachable guidance and for guest experts aiming to reach a parent audience with practical, actionable content.
