  • Would you two interview Eva Müller?

She said in an interview that she is no longer feeling any negative emotions at all. Pretty rare to hear that. Most people report the feeling moving through quickly

  • Opening my eyes and mind and heart

This podcast has helped me so much. My therapist recommended it to me because I was at a dead end of sorts with not understanding how I can feel better and how to not give my thoughts so much power. I never realised until now how powerful awareness is, I guess I never even thought about it. Which is crazy, because being aware has helped me feel so much calmer that I’m not sure how I coped without it. Thank you

  • A Change in Perspective

I listen to many Podcasts on the subject of Anxiety, Depression and OCD. I find them all helpful. Then I found “Awareness Explorers.” Wow! By changing my perspective about “self” through non-dual awareness the need to protect and defend my identity is melting away. The fear and uncertainty which drives my mental illness appears like a wispy cloud in the sky. This has totally changed the way I’m approaching my mental health challenges. Thank you so much!

  • To experience what you are, and are not, follow this Podcast

Awareness Explorers feeds my soul! I have been pondering how to describe the depth and breath of the way Jonathan and Brian show-up. They infuse their subjects with fun, providing a direct experience of lightness and freedom along with content. I am guessing there may not be another podcast that covers such rich psychological content and still points to the unlimited space-like place from which we can witness life. Brian Tom O’Connor and Jonathan Robinson bring warmth, humor and authentici... more
