As a guy from Sweden I’ve heard many times that we are pretty similar to Canadians regarding mentality, values, politics, society and so forth.

But after listening to this podcast I’ve come to the conclusion that Canadians are 100% crazy!

J/K. This is one of the best and most entertaining podcast I’ve heard in a long time.

Btw. We don’t have muskies in Sweden but if muskellunge is read like it’s written in Swedish it would translate to “Muscle-kid”. Think about that next time you are reeling... more

Ice Fishing IQ Boost
Q: What makes ice fishing in Ontario unique?
The variety of water available and the number of fish species you can target.
Big Boat, Tiny Fish
Q: What are some tips for fishing in poor weather?
Use islands as windbreaks, wear waterproof gear, and always have an anchor to stop your boat.
Big Boat, Tiny Fish
Q: What is your favorite boat snack?
Jesse prefers protein bars or hearty sandwiches, while Andrew enjoys sweet and salty granola bars and beef jerky.
Pier Pressure: Salmon from Shore
Q: What are your top three Luhr choices, if you could only have three?
My top three choices would be a watermelon-colored moonshine, a fire tiger J13, and a jointed bait for versatility.
Pier Pressure: Salmon from Shore
Q: When is the best time for short casting?
The best time is dependent on weather conditions; a good salmon run usually follows cooler temperatures and rain, and it's currently too warm now for the run to start.
