With lots of enthusiasm and very little know how, Emily and Maddie love chatting about gardening, often with a glass of wine or cocktail in hand. In each fortnightly episode, we speak to people who inspire us in the garden, in order to unearth some much needed knowledge.

Emily & Maddie are back with so much chat this week. We go a little off topic, but that's pretty standard...right? We cover:
• Philodendron
• Shrub (not of the plant variety!)
• Spent flowers are self seeding
• Ferment for Good - Sharon Flynn more
Emily and Maddie were lucky enough to meet Steven in Victoria late last year, having followed his journey for a long time. Steven began his career as a nurse, before studying horticulture, with no intention of fusing the two. But he delved deeper int... more

Love, love, love listening to these two friends chatting about gardening. Don’t stop ladies, you are true treasures.
This podcast has all the good things- good banter, great tips, and just fun to listen to. Would listen to an ep a day if they existed!
I love this great podcast. Madeleine and Emily have a gorgeous chat about plants, flowers, wine, beer, cows, chooks, books, weeds and extraordinary growers, landscapers, florists, family life, all the while having fun together. These happy Tassie girls make me smile, it’s like opening the door and letting laughter in. Only problem…I wish they gardened in Queensland too!! Divine. Love it. Wish I could hug you both!
I love listening to this podcast, I often catch myself smiling and laughing out loud. It feels like I’m listening in on some of my own friends having a relaxed chat.
I like the drink ideas at the beginning and all the guests they have on. Excellent work ladies 🧡🧡
This is such a great podcast, fun, lively, useful but … I find the whole wine and cocktail thing a bit tedious and out of touch considering how many people are turning away from alcohol. Any hoo, hoorah for the capacity to fast forward through the one bit that irritates me 🤭
Otherwise, keep up the great work. Awesome guests 🤍
