Im Fußball und auch anderswo: Teamgeist hält einen zusammen und ist am Ende das, was zählt.
In der Gymnastik komme ich oft an die Grenze mit komplizierten Übungen. Ich muss mein Gehirn überwinden, um z.B. rechts eine andere Bewegung zu trainieren als links. Wenn es gelingt, könnte es auch hilfreich für Veränderungen im Leben sein.

Fände es schön, wenn bei den Potcasts noch die beruhigende schöne und nachdenkliche Musik wie sie im Radio immer im Hintergrund gespielt wird, dabei wäre!! Ansonsten weiter sooo!!! Super Themen!!
