Join us as we try to find out by talking with different practitioners from across the country (and maybe the world?). Sometimes we'll talk about parkour, and sometimes anything but.

I have perticipated in parkour scene since 2006. It was great reliving all those great influential videos that I had forgotten the name of. The show was also great for talking about the more emotional aspects of the change of attitude over the years. Overall really great and I believe it could be a way for the Traceurs to grow closer.

I've been in a group called DBPK(Daytona beach parkour) and there's only like 2 girls including me but this podcast makes me want to stop sitting around and actually do something to improve myself so that I can truly say that I am good at this. Please upload the next one and keep them coming cause this inspired me so much
