We will be welcoming our first au pair in a couple months and I just listened to the Host family episode and it gave such great tips!!! Made me even more excited to welcome her into our family. Love love love this podcast!! Steph and T are so sweet and fun both so great to listen to! I love how real they keep it and how much personality they put into the show :) I was hesitant of becoming an au pair but they definitely persuaded me to just go ahead and do it, despite that I will dong my au pair journey in France I love hearing their American Au pair experience!
