Crawford doesn’t profile in CF.
Our current outfield setup going into 2026 exposes our weaknesses even more. I enjoy the Pod. Good information presented in an entertaining way. One major critique- don’t use the word “especially” so much when you can’t say it correctly. There is no such thing as expecially.
Bob Cooney is a great addition to the pod. Thanks!
I’ve been listening to this podcast since it was Corey and Jim S. I like it and find it to be informative. However, I’m not a fan of Spencer. He brings no value to the pod. He’s just a rah rah and his oral speaking silks are horrible. I learned in 6th grade not to keep saying “um” when speaking out loud. It’s annoying. When Corey’s not on, I end up not listening. If he doesn’t travel with the team, doesn’t do interviews and never played the game, then I qualify for that job as well.

I’ll miss Corey’s insights!

Analyses center on the Philadelphia Phillies' season-long narratives, from late-season pushes and playoff races to deadline-day machinations and in-season adjustments. Episodes frequently dissect standout performances by players like Schwarber, Harper, and Stott, evaluate pitching rotations and bullpen depth, and weigh strategic moves ahead of October. Commentary blends data-driven breakdowns with candid, sometimes brisk banter about team dynamics, leadership, and front-office decisions. A standout aspect is the mix of in-depth game-by-game analysis with behind-the-scenes context from NBC Sports Philadelphia analysts and recurring co-hosts, plus occasional guest insights from players and coaches tied to the Phillies ecosystem.
