  • Derek Hill’s toothpick gimmick

Justin is workshopping Derek Hill’s nickname. I suggest something like “Diamond Derek”, “Razor Hill”, maybe just “The Bad Guy” Derek Hill based on the late Razor Ramon: Scott Hall. Both Hill and Hall share the toothpick motif and are both bad bad men.
