Great way to collect the latest news from some of the top contributors to the SpaceMob. The podcast is well-assembled and professionally edited. Draws a lot from Spaces on X, however, not its sole content. Great contribution to the investing community!

These guys only seem to make positive comments about ASTS…wish they would share some of the concerns that others have instead of just being ra ra ra for the home team.

  • Very informative

Outstanding I shared with everybody I know it might be interested in this company stock or is already an investor. Great to listen to for those moments of weakness when you’re questioning your resolve and the fact that you put more than half of your assets into one basket, but I know where this is going. I have no fears. I sleep well at night. And this certainly helps.

Anpanman - Space is Hard: The New Glenn Anomaly and the SpaceMobile Pivot
Q: Sorry, quick question. And I mean, obviously you don't crystal ball, but like, I don't know. So in general, like if a stock has some big event or something like that, and you get like a hard down or something in the open, is there always a bounce or is it sometimes a bounce or is it like, just depends on that?
The discussion suggests that knee-jerk moves are common at open after such news, with a potential bounce later depending on volume, investor sentiment, and whether the company can secure alternative launches or discounts to stabilize the cadence. In practice, investors look for practical paths to backlog and cadence restoration, such as booking more Falcon 9 launches or diversifying launch providers.
Scott Wisniewski at JP Morgan conference
Q: Can you detail how the backlog and minimum revenue commitments underpin your 2026-2027 revenue trajectory and the mix between government and commercial revenue?
The backlog and take-or-pay style commitments underpin a significant portion of upcoming revenue; we expect roughly half to come from commercial deployments and half from government programs over the next few years, with upside potential if both streams execute strongly.
Scott Wisniewski at JP Morgan conference
Q: How does the AT&T/Verizon/T-Mobile satellite announcement affect AST SpaceMobile's commercial positioning and moat?
We view it as validation and a signal that carriers are organizing around space-enabled connectivity; it reinforces our carrier-neutral strategy and complements our partnerships, while we continue to execute with our existing operators and spectrum, maintaining a strong moat built on our technology and relationships.
Scott Wisniewski at JP Morgan conference
Q: What are your two to three top priorities over the next 18 months as you transition from a primarily R&D/manufacturing story to a revenue-generating operating company?
The priorities are network deployment to enable revenue in 2026-2027 and, second, building the market by expanding the customer base and partner ecosystem; both are essential to scale, with broader carrier relationships and regulatory progress supporting the commercial service.
AST SpaceMobile Q1 2026 Earnings Call
Q: What is the commissioning window from launch to service activation with MNOs for 45 satellites, and how many MNOs are expected to be live at commercial launch?
The target is approximately 45 days from launch to activation for initial service with MNOs, with ongoing improvements expected to shorten this window over time; the plan envisions multiple MNOs going live at launch across regions as ground/network integration progresses.
