I am starting to really enjoy the content in these podcasts (after becoming aware though my ASME membership).
However, the host's microphone audio quality is absolutely horrible. This makes it very hard for me (and I assume other people with mild audio sensitivity) to fully digest the content.
I love that this podcast is speaking to mechanical engineers, but also talking about broad topics that impact the industry. ASME is awesome!
The Podcast covers a range of topics. Some are interesting to me, others are not. Would recommend this for anyone interested in a engineering as a field.
I love the topics, it’s quick, to the point. I like it.
It could be more frequent, though.

Listeners are likely engineers and engineering enthusiasts drawn to practical, industry-focused conversations that explore manufacturing, automation, materials, and emerging tech. Episodes cover hands-on tech adoption (AI in manufacturing, cobots, coatings), sustainable engineering (geothermal, decarbonization), and real-world case studies from labs, companies, and museums. A notable angle is bridging high-level strategy with on-the-ground implementation, plus a recurring emphasis on education, workforce development, and the human side of engineering teams. The show often features practitioners and academics who translate complex topics into actionable insights for engineering professionals and decision-makers.
