Excellent podcast. I gave up drinking alcohol 20 months ago for my health and well being. I did the research, got inspired, chose a day and had my last drink. Although it was challenging at times in the beginning I have been amazed at how every area of my life has improved as a result. As a 42 year old woman it has taken me this long to realise alcohol does not enhance ANY situation.
