These hosts are amazing. Super nerdy and cool at the same time. I really appreciate their attention to audio quality as well as their intersectional analysis.
I love the concept behind these podcasts. Just listened to the tour with Kat and really appreciated her ideas and her energy. It’s amazing how much I can visualize the scene you describe without video. Thank you
I just binge-listened to the first 8 episodes of Art Crush International—it’s so much fun! Jozefien and Svea are wonderful, personable hosts who you’d love to be friends with. I might have a crush on them! They visit artists in their studios and talk about art and creating space and artist paths. Really recommend it!
I love how this show takes you around the world and into artists’ studios (or outdoor spaces) to really learn about their process. And what interesting artists I’ve learned about over the course of these episodes! I deeply miss traveling, and this show (at least partly) satisfies my desire to get out in the world and see things through other lenses. The hosts are informed and entertaining; plus listening in on their friend chemistry is a blast! Highly recommend.
Excellent podcast, great questions, great conversations, great artists and great hosts!
This show is so well-produced and you don’t even have to like art.. it feels like a travelogue and a fascinating conversation over a delicious meal and a little bit of culture.
