No one is saying that nps are going to outsource MDs its disrespectful not to give each role respect where its due you compared NP training to the pa which is misleading its totally different clinical experience. NP clinical hours are direct contact with patients alongside a mentor who gives yo... more

  • Please hire a professional reader

As a practitioner I rely on podcasts such as JAMA, NEJM and several others to help stay current. Annals is nearly indecipherable from an auditory perspective compared to the dozen or so I listen to regularly

  • No longer EBM

This show was good when it was evidence-based medicine. What I heard today was 30 mins of non EBM, just opinions. Better options if you are looking for thoughtful opinions.
