Thank you for being there! Enjoying everyone’s take on all aspects.

Ohtani’s agent seemed to announce/update because Japanese media picked up and spread X’s post by Bob Nightingale - Ohtani’s surgery would happen in 10 days(which was not true).

A lot of the podcasts in Angels fan land are pretty bad. Chuck and the team have put together what has to be the best podcast covering the Angels out there. Victor Rojas is as ever a treasure. Thanks guys.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode Sixty - with special guest Jeff Fletcher
Q: What are your predictions for this season?
The consensus is that the starting rotation could end up as the strongest part of the team, but the lineup could be vulnerable if core players like Trout or Moncada miss time; depth and bullpen health are key questions, with attention to how many young pitchers can contribute meaningfully and how the team balances development with winning now.
Episode Fifty Nine
Q: What drove the Braves to undertake a rebuild, and how did that approach influence their success later on?
The decision to rebuild was driven by a need to acquire high-upside talent and reallocate resources toward a future window, accepting short-term losses for long-term upside. This mindset, emphasizing development, drafts, and smart trades, eventually yielded a core that helped the Braves become championship contenders years later.
AngelsWin.com Interview with Angels RHP Prospect Ryan Johnson
Q: What was your greatest moment with the Big League Club?
The memorable moments are definitely tied to the games played in St. Louis, which were super exciting.
AngelsWin.com Interview with Angels RHP Prospect Ryan Johnson
Q: What is it like making the shift from being a fan to being a professional player?
It's a very different experience that's really cool, especially pitching against former favorite teams.
AngelsWin.com Interview with Angels RHP Prospect Ryan Johnson
Q: What have been the things that have been most surprising to you?
The transition from college to the majors involves a significant learning curve and requires personal responsibility for practice and preparation.
