This episode has helped gain a better understanding of the epidermis sublayers. “come let’s get sunburned” is a very helpful phrase for me to remember the layers.
I have listened to the episode 25,26 and 27 on the bones over and over again. They have helped me so much in that there’s a lot of material and not a whole lot of time to study. listening to the podcast help me to retain a large portion of the material. They helped me to remember shapes as well as food, analogies cheese and bread for spongy bone ,DME, Durable Medical Equipment . In chapter 25, I learned the classification of each shape bone and I learn the different bones that fall in each bone shape. Like the patella bone is the only bone that is the sesamoid bone. Femur, humerus, phalanges are all long bones. Flats bones are the bones that make up the cranial.
