Every episode held my attention from beginning to end. Highly recommended listening experience!
You had me with “adult themes and strong language.” Clearly this writer has a great grasp on the undersides of humanity and the depth of our darkness as a species. Fun and exciting and a nice diversion from everything else I should be doing :) Thanks!
Grabs us by the throat in Chapter One and never let’s go. A taut, harrowing account of toxic masculinity and the lies we tell ourselves. Male best friends gather for the wedding of one of their own and simmering secrets bubble up from the past. We are confronted with twists and turns we never saw coming! Excellent psychological horror!
This anthology podcast series will chill you to the bone while making you laugh out loud at times. Each episode takes you on a wild ride through the dark heart of America. What sets it apart from other Horror series is the writing from Matt Pelfrey who has a PhD level understanding of the genre as he dissects and comments upon it, interjecting doses of hilarious dark humor, all while paying reverential duty to it. The production values and acting are top notch as well.
This series is my intro to audio drama, and what an intro! Well-acted and engaging content. Can’t wait to hear more in the future
