  • Amazing

I found this by accident about 18 months ago and am so happy I did. I subscribed after listening to 4 or 5 of the free ones and have listened to most of the whole back catalogue 2 or 3 times since. The prestige and spinal tap pods probably 5 times. As I drive a lot I listen to them in the car and they make my journeys more than bearable, enjoyable! I feel like I know far more about cinema now and have watched films because of this that I might not have seen. Keep it up lads, you’re absolutely br... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

True Lies (1994) | Ep. 127
Q: What about you, Matt? Now, this is something that I've been gagging to hear for weeks.
Matt expresses uncertainty about his familiarity with the film, stating he was not massively familiar with it at the time of its release.
Return Of The Jedi (1983) | Ep. 76
Q: Biggie asked us, if you could change the Ewoks, which creatures from the series would you replace them with?
The Jawas or Wookiees could have been a great choice, bringing in characters that had more established backgrounds.
Return Of The Jedi (1983) | Ep. 76
Q: Daryl Keeping asked us, he didn't actually die, sure, but do you guys think the death of Boba Fett is the lamest demise of a badass character in film history?
Yes, it might be considered one of the lamest deaths because the character has an intimidating presence but is taken out in a humorous, accidental manner.
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001) | Ep. 123
Q: Do you think it's fair to judge a film based on how closely it sticks to its source material?
No, I don't judge a film on how closely it sticks to the original, but more on how they translate it to be visual and into a story that works on the big screen.
Behind The Mics: ATRM Patron Q&A
Q: What film would you make if you had an unlimited budget?
Matt would adapt 'The Dark Half' by Stephen King, Westy envisions a Kubrick-style Western, John pitches a dystopian epic, and Luke outlines a crime drama.
