Must listen for my fellow ADHD people out there diagnosed and undiagnosed!
Really loving this new show. It naturally makes sense of such a complicated issue and does so with candor and humour. Laurel is a fab host! Highly recommended!
This made me feel less alone in my ADHD/mental health journey.
So refreshing to hear about real stories of people dealing with ADHD. I only knew one side of ADHD as “not being able to study” and didn’t know the complexities of it until I heard someone else’s story. Glad this is out there to do the same!
Very enjoyable! Added to my weekly podcast listen to list
