This is a good podcast for pondering Gospel-informed parenting.
This was my first time listening and I will definitely listen again. I tuned in to the podcast about not blaming yourself or taking credit for your child’s behavior. It was such an encouragement to me while raising 2 boys. It was also convicting because I have been guilty of assuming bad behavior in a child comes from bad parenting.
When I take the time to listen to a podcast that is marketed as a help or guidance for parents, that’s what I’m tuning in to listen to. With this one, what I got was the first 5 -7 minutes of banter between the hosts. Maybe it is expected from the long time listeners, but as a first time listener who is looking for resources personally and to share with parents in my sphere, this was a big miss.
