Aliens Watching Reality TV is hosted by Erika Heidewald and Josh Shahryar, two reality show newbies who grew up feeling like aliens (turns out we're just autistic and ADHD) and love analyzing human behavior by watching reality TV dating shows on Netflix. We're recapping every episode of Love Is Blind Season 5 right now and it's better (worse) than ever. Subscribe to our Patreon for just $5 a month... more

I found this podcast looking for coverage of Ultimatum: Queer Love, and it has been so wonderful to listen to your commentary! Erika and Frida are so insightful, considerate, observant and hilarious. Love nodding along to all your opinions and I can’t wait for the next drop. 💗
If you are neurodivergent and at all like reality tv this is the podcast for you! I absolutely love this podcast.
I have loved binge listening to this podcast! I am autistic and an avid reality tv watcher. I have always noticed A LOT of neurodivergent behaviors and individuals, but other reality recap podcasts never touch on it, and often demonize these people and traits. So it’s extremely refreshing to hear the perspectives on this podcast, especially when (so thoughtfully!) analyzed by actually neurodivergent people. more
