Easy to listen to and always enjoyable. The host makes it fun and keeps me coming back for more.
I’d love to hear more of these conversations about what success means to different people.

This podcast kicks off strong with Anna Baird, and I’m already a fan. It’s smart, real, and full of those “take notes” kind of leadership moments about trust, listening, and growth. The host’s soothing voice makes every conversation feel effortless. Can’t wait to hear more.
This podcast is SO refreshing. Finally! A series centered on real talk after from leaders after they’ve been there and done that. These are not the technical frameworks you learn in school (but should): it’s better. I love hearing honest truths from people who’ve made it and are not scared to be honest about success in work, business, career, and life. LB is a charismatic and naturally curious interviewer who asks the best questions to get the most insights from her guests.
I learned a lot from the first episode and looking forward to more episodes. Love the way the host interacts with guests, always asking the right questions! Can’t wait to hear more!
The host is leading the conversation well, light and to the point. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something short but packed with career growing tips.
I loved what she said about “go ask for what you need to be successful”. This is a show that’s short, to the point and gives you great tips on the behind the scenes of corporate America. The honesty of the guests is raw! Worth listening
