  • Are they sitting in my living room?

...because it feels like we're all in the same room debating the pros and cons of our most loved and love-to hate TV shows. Great rapport between the hosts, with enough difference of opinion to keep the back-and-forth lively, engaging and thought-provoking. Cracks me up that they often watch TV separately. Oh, and shhhhhhhhh! don't wake the kids.

This show provides excellent insight into tv watching, marital communications done right and 70s/80s pop-culture nostalgia. Emily and Ari are smart, engaging and funny without trying. I look forward to each episode.

  • Genius!

This is so well done! It's comically pieced together, and can't get enough. We would love to hear father and mother yolkut, or other guest stars from the family on the podcast. So great, what a couple!

  • amazing flow

Really nice show, though I am a bit confused; I started with episode 3. Seriously though, it’s like a good cup of coffee with friends and you get excited talking and the people at the next table get annoyed because you’re too loud but you don’t care. Now I have to try odd mom out. So spot on with Transparent analysis re: getting jewiness right. No love for jessica jones? Or more love for the league? Wish list: 1) episode notes so i can look up the shows mentioned at the end. 2) cord-cutter-only ... more

  • TV from multiple points of (re)view!

I've listened to the first episode and I'm hooked already. Ari and Emily are not only TVphiles in their own right, but they both have had careers within the industry, so that has accrued them quite a bit of screen time. more
