  • Great up until this Antisemitism series

    I really enjoyed this podcast and would look forward to new eps. But there’s been a turn where we’ve started whining about “campus antisemitism” as if it’s this perplexing thing that must be fueled by hate.

    The working definition that the AJC uses to talk about antisemitism conflates delegitimization of Israel with Jew hatred. This isn’t true. It’s not accurate. And I genuinely believe this is done in bad faith.

    Jewish studies is an old discipline but with every renewing sub-disciplines, as scholars recover and discover new info almost daily.

    Even considering Holocaust studies, we are less than 100 years away from it, and new materials, information and stories continue to be unveiled.
