I’ve moved abroad three times, I don’t have a magic second passport, and I’m not here to sell you a fantasy life on a cobblestone street. • Your Mom!

Very informative and well said. As a military spouse there were lots of decisions about what to keep in and what to throw away when we were transferred to Germany. It’s amazing how you can easily do without things when you have only 450lbs for your first shipment and 3000lbs total to ship…it is however not easily weighted before you have to start the big decisions!

Good job daughter dear! As your mom it’s so great to see you share your joy of overseas living!

  • Great content!

After listening to Mistelle, I’m already thinking about the items in my house and how very little I will actually bring with me. I haven’t got a current plan to move abroad but it is a goal and I’ll be thinking about this episode whenever I bring new items into my current home.
