Whether it's a true crime case or one of history's most unsettling stories, we understand that the devil is in the details. In each episode, we comb through the facts, scrutinize the suspects, and deliver the disturbing stories that keep you on the edge of your seat. If you enjoy evidence-driven storytelling with a dash of gallows humor to make the disturbing (somewhat) tolerable, we suspect this ... more

Rather than put yourself through hours of these two airheads fan-girling over Amanda Knox to the point where they end up in their desperation making up excuses and alibis that AK hasn’t even stooped to invent for herself, anyone would do well to take a thorough look at ALL of the evidence as outlined on the murder of Meredith Kercher website and make up your own mind.
Really enjoyable podcast and one I genuinely look forward to listening to. The cases are interesting, well researched and engaging, and I especially appreciate the presenter’s perspective and obvious empathy toward women and victims. The host has a very conversational, feminist-leaning style that feels thoughtful rather than sensationalised, which is refreshing in true crime.

I have listened to this podcast religiously every Tuesday since the first ever episode (uk listener!) i found it a really great pod with lots of research and information and they are a good length too! However the episodes on Gisèle Pelicot felt really disappointing and fell short. They were very moany about all of the names and I just didn’t feel like it was an episode that she wanted to do. I feel Gisèle deserved more respect.
I was really excited about this show but i only got through two episodes (two parts of the same story). I couldn’t stomach how, in a story about a woman who literally died due to police negligence, the hosts kept interrupting the story to say “most cops are good people though!” “I bet the cops felt so bad that she died,” Or, “cops are only human too so they make mistakes!” How about we talk about the systematic issues that cause black women to die unnecessarily on the police’s watch? I don’t thi... more

A detailed, evidence-driven true crime podcast that centers on case timelines, forensic testimony, and investigative decisions. Episodes blend narration with analysis, often highlighting witness protection, courtroom strategy, and the human impact on victims and families. A notable strength is its careful, case-by-case unpacking, which appeals to listeners who want thorough research, respectful storytelling, and a candid discussion of controversial or ambiguous evidence. A consistent edge is the rapport between co-hosts and guests, with ongoing open discussions and a willingness to challenge assumptions, which can be both engaging and polarizing for some stories.
