I have spent 30+ years healing from stories that molded me to live a life I didn’t want. A few years ago, I left a 70-hour work week, sold everything, and started writing and sharing my experience of addressing childhood trauma and mental health. That process grew into a powerful community of other survivors whose stories are finally being told. This space is for them.

Outstanding content and much needed. A very human podcast for humans who've experienced the inhumane. I say this as a survivor and a therapist. Thank you Nate and to all of us who share our stories and are now A Little Less Lonely.
This beautiful and generous human has done so much to help free so many of us
While the subject matter of this podcast is heavy and unfortunately relatable to listeners, Nate transmits the content in a measured fashion that reassures.
Nate, you embody compassion and speak truth with immense clarity and kindness. Thank you for the gift of your words, your story, and of helping others find their own freedom by example. You’re a gem, you turn poision into medicine, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
