如果說上一集談的是「霸凌造成的傷」，
那這一集，我們想聊的是——
受傷之後，我們是怎麼慢慢走出來的。
在澳洲工作的這段時間，我曾因職場霸凌而懷疑自己、失去自信，也曾鼓起勇氣尋求家庭醫師（GP）與心理諮商師的協助，重新找回生活的平衡。
阿酸則分享了她在加拿大擔任護理師時，遭遇主管霸凌與種族歧視的真實經歷，以及自己如何面對憂鬱症、一步步重新找回自己。
