I love this podcast. It’s so amazing! You worry about all these different things like anxiety and perfectionism and eating disorders. Ans she just talks about cool topics and as a dancer, I listen to this and it helps so much. So, I say go back to the beginning listen to the whole thing. I’ve already listened to every episode and I’m re-listening to them and it’s your first time listening. It’s amazing.

I love all of Isabella's episodes but number 161 really hit home for me! I love how she articulates these hard and often confusing concepts and she really inspires me to continue with my dance career! Thank you Isabella!
