Great energy with these 2. I flew threw the first episodes as soon as they became available. I love the chemistry that they have and how they really draw you in with their own experiences and takes on the customer service industry. Very witty and comical. Hands down the best podcast out there. Keep’em coming, guys! I can’t wait to hear more!
For having over 8 years of dealing with the public in the food/hospitality service i can relate and totally agree with how horrid “the costumer” can be! I DO have to confess i thoroughly enjoy the bluntness and honesty of these two. HA! Hope to hear whats next! 🤣
From someone who's worked in the food business, some of these stories hit way too close to home in some of the best and worst ways. A lot of podcasts usually feature individuals who have some form of appreciation or knowledge of the topic they're discussing, but that's it; so having people who have actually worked in said industry and have extensive hands on experience with it makes listening to this sound so much more organic and truthful.
