Always great to hear from Ruth and Kristen to get nuggets of gold
In a relatively new field, it is hard to find people who have depth of experience that Ruth and Krister bring to the table.
What a good post-cast series! Very inspiring. It's a nice form to get acquainted with the model of the 6 team conditions. Even though I'm pretty well informed: this helps me to get even more depth in my thinking about teams every time. Recommended!
I'm excited to be co-hosting this show with my colleague Ruth Wageman. I've enjoyed listening to the episodes even though I co-host the show. I always learn something new from Ruth! I hope listeners will get value from listening and help foster more effective teams. The challenges of our time require a fundamental shift in our abilities to collaborate. Cheers!
