As a gay elder who has spent a career in education and mental health I was hoping to fall in love with this podcast. Instead I find myself irritated and annoyed with your self promoting. Each time you interview a guest you continue to take over the conversation with your own personal experiences and stories. Ex. “I did this wonderful thing with a client, I give 10% of my trip costs to LGBTQ advocacy, etc.”
