  • Great podcast, may disrupt fitness endeavours with all the rabbit holes you find yourself going down

Witty, erudite and compelling, this podcast was a happy little discovery mid forest hike this morning. Aside from rudely interrupting my walk with needing to perform a “really? No way!” deep dive more than once (I know more about potatoes than I ever wanted to), have found a new little listen to add to the trivia category to keep the brain from rotting.
