Well done for being honest but I feel the position that you are in has made it very easy for you to receive the diagnosis and treatment that you had very unfair to speak about this. The struggle in the real world makes it very hard to receive the treatment you’ve had at a young age. 22 years and fighting for all the right treatment and diagnosis that I believe I need, I feel like this is a kick in the teeth for me.
That’s just not good what Holly went through. Very lucky to have the resources for the therapy and various recovery processes she embarked on
I have struggled with depression, anxiety and adhd all my life and was officially diagnosed in the last 2 years. Listening to this podcast has made me feel like its okay that I am not okay, and I thought that it was a sign of weakness to admit I was struggling. Thank you Holly, someone as amazing as you has helped me so much on my journey to being my best self!
I absolutely love this podcast. Two amazing women broaching really tough subjects with vulnerability and compassion. Thank you both for your strength!
Very brave of Holly and I think she will help listeners
