    Listened to the episode with Zach Schreirer from 2018. Interesting topic as someone who identifies as ambitious and high performance but also wants to take care of my health and increase lifespan and health span. I feel like people often accept that you can’t have both. Also enjoyed the episode on managing burnout (Ange Davies), sugar (Richard Jacoby), and sleep (Damon Ashworth). Lots of interesting topics. Looking forward to listening to more on my walks

    I have to say I found this podcast a little over a month ago and I’ve been listening to it all day work. There’s a wealth of information from people who specialize in their fields and the podcast is extremely informative.

    HOWEVER,

    Some episodes I have to stop listening to because the noise from the host swallowing in the mic drives me absolutely mad. It’s like someone eating popcorn next to you at the theater or eating candy out of plastic bags. It’s so distracting and i just wish he would eit... more
