I have been “sober” for 11 years. And, I have not done some of the deeper work behind the abuse of alcohol and other things. This is a simple, clear, straightforward podcast that truly invites us to examine ourselves deeply and honestly, so that we can have inner peace, and more joy and management in our lives.
Thankful to live in an era where this is so easily accessible.
As someone with little attention for reading books, I am sooooo very grateful for this podcast. Ilia is honest, organized, and a great communicator.
Loved it! It would be awesome if you went through the 12 traditions and 12 concepts as well!
