上Amber的課應該有一年了，
是時候來回饋一下我最喜歡的教練。
其實覺得自己非常幸運，可以找到像Amber這樣的教練，在找到Amber之前，其實我一直覺得「上教練課」的這件事情是有很壓力的，自身過去的經驗是，有少部分的教練，在上課的時候都是用top -down的方式在教育學員，在這樣的情況之下，有時候很難理解健身的原理原則跟邏輯，還有時候如果運動表現不好的話，有些教練還會發脾氣🥲，真的壓力山大。
但Amber對於學員的能力會先做到事前把握，更重要的是她總是能因材施教，站在學員的立場，用學員真正能夠理解的語言去教育，且適時的依照學員的狀況做調整。
上課的時候，總能感受到Amber對於學員的用心，每回上完她的課程，身心舒暢又覺得平靜。
