她在這一集聊到自己如何跳脫原生家庭自己的人生劇本，及與原本是同事的老公，從房仲開始，到最後一起創建設公司。最後，他也分享了自己四十之後開始健身重訓，到最後還參加比賽的有趣經歷。

Elinor 是美國矽谷新創MEandMine的創辦人。台大國企，MIT 畢業後的她，一開始在消費品與醫療產業的大小公司都待過，後來在矽谷這邊加入了一間醫療新創，成功exit後，成立了MEandMine。一開始本來是走B2C的教育新創，去年pivot進入了B2B並結合了醫療與教育。
她在這一集聊到自己身為移民媽媽，如何在矽谷創立公司，打進美國的教育體系，並如何帶領公司轉型。沒有後援系統又很忙碌的她，也分享自己是如何找出照顧自己與家庭的方式。

這個平台太有趣了！身為一個上班族，實在無法想像創業媽媽需要經歷的辛苦和挑戰。好不容易成功建立一個事業，卻有各式各樣的外在挑戰，需要不停的變通才能持續發光發熱！一般上班媽媽即使想要爭取工作上的升遷，卻常常需要把時間和精力花在小孩身上，不一定能隨心所欲為工作上的成就努力。但創業媽媽在工作上不能有任何懈怠或喘氣的空間，同時又要兼顧家庭和小孩，很敬佩她們的熱情和努力！
