在出鏡報導第三集，我們邀請到獨立調查媒體《報導者》記者楊智強。畢業於國際關係領域研究所，楊智強在畢業後曾在韓國NGO工作、並曾擔任電視台的國際新聞編譯及獨立記者。在擔任獨立記者的幾年，他背著背包前往現場，陸續報導了緬甸大選、羅興亞難民、中國朝鮮族等議題。其後加入《報導者》，亦曾負責進行香港反送中、緬甸政變、毒品販運鍊等等不同主題的跨國報導。
